If your looking online for elbow pads they will have sizing charts. You will need to measure around your elbow to get the best approximate radius. If your shopping at a local store, simply trying a few on should do the trick.

Some companies make a higher quality fabric than others. However the better constructed they are the more they will cost. I would recommend buying the more durable type. They will last longer and the material won't be as irritating to the skin once it starts rubbing during a game.
