How to Use a Squat Suit
Step-by-step Instructions
Here is what you need to do...
Step 1
Squatting is the best way to up your leg game, and also a great way to boost testosterone and muscle growth in the rest of your body. There's squatting 'raw', which is with just normal shoes, shorts, and shirt; this kind of squatting shows you your physical potential, and can bring some good results. After this, squatting with a squat suit is next on the list. A squat suit helps your body propel the weight upwards, allowing you to add a lot more resistance to your squat sets. Using a squat suit will not only increase the weight of your squats, but the size of your legs and the growth of your entire body. Below, I'll give a few different options for squat suits and explain how they work. For your sake, I recommend you keep reading
Step 2
Using a squat suit is almost as simple as putting it on. The suit will be made out of a material that promotes your ability to extend upwards with a weight over your shoulders, making squatting a bunch of heavy weight no problem at all. Squat suits are comfortable, and generally should be worn only when for forming squats (and potentially deadlifts). During rest between sets, it's alright to remove the straps of your squat suit, as the pressure from the suit can be unnecessary unless physically lifting the weight.
Step 3
The first squat suit I've got is Titan Support System's Titan Classic Powerlifting Singlet or Softsuit. This suit is a basic suit that comes with basic benefits: heavy mesh for durability, long legs for mid-section comfortability, and a one-size-fits-all mold. Being only $70.00, this suit is great to purchase if you're new to the power-squatting and power-deadlifting game. You can try it out and see if squat suits are right for you. This suit won't last forever, and it won't necessarily give you 100% of the best benefits that some squat suits have to offer, but it is still a decent suit nonetheless. Give it a shot, and if you like it enough, feel free to upgrade to our next recommended product.
Step 4
Next up is the best of the best- the Titan Support Systems Super Centurion Squat Suit. This suit comes with all the best features that anybody -amateur or pro- could possibly ask for. It has a dual quad harness system, making the stability of the suit account for a massively increased amount of resistance on your shoulders. Aside from that, the threads used to make the suit are the best material possible, with each one being able to load up to 10kg of weight. Then Titan Support Systems takes those threads and incorporates them into a pattern that offers more stitching per square inch than any other suit in the entire world. All in all, you really can not find much better than this suit. For all of you who take leg day seriously, or are looking to up your leg day game, this is absolutely, without a doubt, no questions asked, guaranteed the best suit you can possibly ask for. It costs a pretty penny at just over $200.00, but the price is well worth the quality you're receiving. This is a truly phenomenal piece of workout equipment, and a lot of professional lifters rarely do their powerlifts without it.
Special Attention
Difficulties people often experience or parts that need special attention to do it right.
Using a squat suit is as simple as putting it on, making the hard decision come down to which squat suit you're actually planning to buy. Buying the right squat suit requires the right amount of ambition mixed with enough space in your wallet. If you feel eager to get to some seriously fun lifting, and you can afford the little bit of extra cash, then the Super Centurion is definitely worth considering. Otherwise, grab one of Titan Support Systems' lower quality squat suits, where you'll still find the amount of weight you're lifting magnify by a pretty ridiculous amount.

Funny or interesting story about this topic...
The first time I ever saw a squat suit being used was in the video where Ronnie Coleman squats a crazy amount of weight. I figured, 'holy hell, this guy can squat like nobody I've ever seen before. He's insane- a monster- a legend- a God of some sort.' And I was mostly right. But for all the crazy strength that Coleman brings to the table, he still was helped massively by his squat suit. After watching the video time and time again, I started to realize just how much that suit helped him during the hardest couple of inches of the squat movement. If you're smart, and you want to lift weight like Ronnie (except maybe not quite as much..) then grab yourself a squat suit and get to work ASAP.
When did you first do this & how did you get started?
I used a squat suit a few times when I was working on my powerlifting routine. My squat was at 8 reps of 275 before I used the suit. Afterwards, it skyrocketed up to 315 for 8 reps. The amount of help the suit gave me was insane, and my legs definitely felt it the day afterward. Once I started using the suit enough, my body reacted by naturally getting stronger. For anybody considering gaining strength and size throughout their whole body, and who isn't scared to get down and dirty on leg day, I highly, highly, highly recommend getting yourself a squat suit. So suit up as soon as you can, and as always, happy lifting,
