Us guys have one great thing in common when it comes to building muscle: testosterone. Some have an excess amount, giving them the ability to build muscle and increase strength like nobody's business. Others naturally have a little less testosterone, which can put a damper on the quick size-gaining and strength-building. Fret not! I've got a couple of natural remedies that will boost your testosterone, giving you the ability to ascertain as much growth as possible.

1. Diet When it comes to gaining testosterone, your diet can be a key player. According to studies, vitamin D is essential for a man to process nutrients in a way that helps him develop testosterone. There are a few different foods that give you vitamin D; such as eggs, milk, fish, orange juice, oysters, beef, and beans. These foods are high in nutrients and, when consumed on a regular basis, will do wonderful things for the amount of testosterone you've got running around in your system.

2. Big lifts Believe it or not, there are exercises that put such a high amount of stress on your body that they force it to produce testosterone. These lifts would include, but are not limited to: squats, deadlifts, hang cleans, power cleans, clean and presses, bench presses, and overhead presses. Since these exercises require your entire body in order to move the weight, your body compensates by giving you a massive boost in testosterone. For some of the lifts that put a lot of stress on your knees, a solid set of knee wraps are recommended. 3. Sex Having sex, or at least masturbating, will produce testosterone. Why do you think that our voices get deeper and our bodies start to grow right around the same time that we become sexually active (or at least interested in being sexually active)? It's because testosterone walks hand in hand with growth and sex. While this isn't the most consistent and powerful source of increasing your testosterone, it will certainly help. Just another reason sex is so great- and a scientific one at that.

I was neighbors with a guy who had very low testosterone. He actually was prescribed medicine for his deficiency. After I learned the ways that testosterone could be increased, I felt it was necessary to let him in on the secret. Since I've always been naturally skinny, I figured that in order to gain some real muscular size I had to find every edge I could. For that reason, I researched the ways that I could naturally increase my testosterone.
