What To Eat Before A Workout?

Step 1
NO2 Products. The most effective and cheapest and NO2 product that I've ever tried would have to be this product from bulk nutrition.com. It's Arginine Ethyl Ester HCL.
Step 2
It's just the basic amino acid in a highly absorbable form. And, it runs about 15 bucks and it's a great product for pumps, for vascularity, for energy, for mood, for just about anything. I mean it's a great product. You take it in divided doses, about 2 g on an empty stomach. Three times per day, specifically prior to working out. And this will get you jacked.
Step 3
So, and to go along with that, sometimes I'll just take like a protein drink prior to working out.

But recently, I have been taking an actual like a little bit more potent pre-workout drink and this one that I'm on right now is by Gaspari Nutrition Gaspari Superpump 250. Great product. This will get you stacked. It will increase your strength, your mass, your vascularity, your energy. It's just the most effective.
Step 5
I tried NO-Xplode, but it had so much caffeine in it that you really feel that crash, and it's not too much of the raw strength and power that I seem to get with Gaspari Superpump 250 by Gaspari nutrition. So, very good product right here. Go get this one.
