How to Do a Baseball Forearm Workout
Step-by-step Instructions
Here is what you need to do...
Step 1
You will need a 20 lb dumbbell to perform this forearm circuit. One of the best quality dumbbells for a great price is the Cap Barbell Solid Hex Single Dumbbell. They can be found on Amazon.com for around $15.00
Step 2
The first part of the circuit is a hammer curl. A hammer curl is the same as a regular bicep curl except you hold the weights perpendicular to the ground instead of parallel. Perform the exercise with both arms at the same time. Do 15 reps.
Step 3
When you complete the last hammer curl rep hold the weights in the completed curl position for 20 seconds.
Step 4
When the 20 seconds is up, let your arms down and immediately do 15 wrist curls.
Step 5
Repeat this cycle 4 times.
Special Attention
Difficulties people often experience or parts that need special attention to do it right.
If 20 lbs is to heavy to complete the circuit then lower the weight. If it is too light and makes the circuit too easy then increase the weight.
