My Workout Routine
I am dancer in addition to being a model so I am doing cardio (rehearsals) 3 times a week. I do weight lifting in the gym 3 to 4 times a week as well. The intense cardio also helps me with my breathing which is vital to my singing since I like sing and dance together.
