About Paul

How My Friends Describe Me

My friends would describe me as a very honest, open, and easy going guy. I always speak my mind and am pretty outspoken. I am pretty loyal to most of my friends. Sometimes I may be arrogant, but it usually isn't until I am provoked.

Craziest Thing I have Ever Done

Jumped off from a shelf when I was 5 and got my head cut off that needed 14 stiches.

Special Recognitions, honors or Traits

I am a dual degree in Finance and Telecommunications, both very different directions of study. I've gone to a boarding school for high school in India, called St. Paul's school in Darjeeling, India. Over there, I've won the bronze medal for the Duke of Edinburgh Award for test of survival in the wild (expedition)

My Workout Routine

The gym here at UGA called the Ramsey center, has a few "regulars". I am one of them that "own" it. I'm somewhat like the prince of our gym. I work out (weights) 5 times a week and I try to keep it under two hours. My cycle consists of 3 days. Day 1: Chest and Triceps Day 2: Arms (biceps) and back. Day 3: Shoulders and Legs. Abs: Every single day of the 5 days. The secret to keeping a consistent 8-pack is to work out your abs EVERY SINGLE TIME. That way, you don't have to work at it as hard unless otherwise. The only supplement(pre workout) I take is BSN's N.O. Xplode. It is one of the best products out there, if you read ANY fitness or body building magazine at all, you will know what I'm talking about.
