As a young boy growing up my mother always taught me to take vitamins because of the health benefits I would one day achieve and today at 19 I still take vitamins and could be a spokes model for them because that s how much I believe in them.

Craziest Thing I have Ever Done

Well it would depend on whether or not it was when I was a youth or a young adult. Probably ask a girl to the prom while she was cheerleading in front of the whole school. I had flowers and everything; like I planned the whole thing.
