My Workout Routine

Currently I′ve been focusing mostly on my cardio and body weight exercises. My typical workout includes a 1.5-2 mile warm up run to a turf field. Once I arrive at the turf field I perform about a 30-60min of body weight exercises and interval sprints. For example- lots of pushups, planks, body squats, surfers, burpees, lunges, calf raises, box jumps, hand stand push ups, 40m sprints, 220s, 20m sprints. I try to end each session with a brief stretch before running the 1.5-2miles home.

Weightlifting Supplements I Take

Supplements can never do for you what a quality diet will. Lots of veggies, lean meats, fish at least twice a week, and fresh fruit. Stay away from processed foods. Grains should be used sparingly and should always be whole grains or brown rice. Occasionally during bulking periods a simple whey protein shake will be taken after lifts.
