What To Eat After Workout
Step-by-step Instructions
Here is what you need to do...
Step 1
Decide what you want yourself to look like: do you want to lose fat and slim down? Do you want to gain muscle and put on solid weight? Do you want to stay the same weight, but get more lean? Each of these decisions will lead to a different choice in diet after working out.
Step 2
If you would like to lose fat and slim down, a "Whey Isolate" protein would be suitable to take 30-45 minutes after a workout, along with plenty of water throughout the day. If you would like to gain muscle and put on solid weight, a "Whey Concentrate" protein would be suitable to take 30-45 minutes after a workout, along with tall glass of milk, a pb and j sandwich, and water throughout the day. Optional: During workout or immediately after workout a creatine mixed drink would help build muscle faster. If you would like to stay the same weight, but get more lean, a "Whey Concentrate" protein would be suitable to take 30-45 minutes after a workout along with plenty of water throughout the day.
Step 3
Create an eating schedule and stick to it! Dedication and persistence is the key to obtaining the body you desire.
