Assisted Pull-Up Using Resistance Band

This variation of a pull-up is unique. Here is how: you use a looped-type oversized resistance band. The band is wrapped around a single knee. This position requires you to engage your core to maintain a vertical posture. Making the band thicker and shorter | lowers the amount of weight your lats pull. This exercise is good for beginners who want to build enough strength to perform basic reverse grip pull-ups because the band assists your lats on the way up.
