Bottoms-Up Clean From The Hang Position

Differentiation: Mechanics

This variation of a kettlebell clean is unique. Here is how: you work one arm for a full set, | then switch the kettlebell to your other arm. Using a kettlebell ensures each side of your body lifts the same amount of weight. Using equal weight increases the overall symmetry of your muscles. You also move the weight without changing the angle of your elbow, helping to develop both your front deltoids | and your biceps.
