Double Cable Neutral-Grip Lat Pulldown
Differentiation: Mechanics
This variation of a lat pulldown is unique. Here is how: you use a cable machine. The Machine maximizes the amount of resistance applied to your lats throughout the movement. You sit on a flat bench. This position requires you to engage your core to maintain an upright posture. Finally, each hand holds its own cable attachment for this exercise. Using two handle attachments ensures that each lat lifts the same amount of weight. Using equal weight increases the overall symmetry of your lats.
