How To Choose Between Modeling Or Acting

Step 1

With modeling, coming from an actor, modeling is very simplistic. They do not want any expression on you. Because they do not want the focus to be on your face. They want a good-looking person representing them well with a good body and good physique, don't get me wrong. But, they don't want to be drawn to your face. They want to be drawn to what you are wearing.

Step 2

Whereas, acting, they want the total package because they need the total package.

Now, just because a girl comes up to you and says you should be a model or acting, that's just because she is drawn to the models and actors that she sees. Overweight people and obese people, they model. They act. So, having said that, from A to Z, all people can act. All people can model. Different levels maybe only certain models can earn a certain amount of money, and because they might be the tall girls, skinny with the hips and all that stuff. Whereas, anyone can act.

Step 4

And maybe she says you are good looking because maybe she is just hitting on you. But, anyone can act. Anyone can model. Just, the thing with acting is you got to have a soul. You got to have truthfulness. You got to do a lot of homework. In modeling, you don't. You really just, distain, distain, distain, turn, distain, distain, distain.
