Pullover - for Chest

A pullover is an exercise where a weightlifter lies on your back on a bench and reach your arms over and behind his head to pick up a weight (a barbell or dumbbell). Moving just your shoulder joint (don't change the angle of a weightlifter's elbows, lift the weight up behind your head and then forward so it's above his chest. Then, still moving just his shoulders, move it back the same way, over his head and then down behind his head to the starting position. Pullovers are done with either straight arms (a "straight-arm pullover") which uses the pectoral muscles more, or with elbows bent through the whole movement, which puts almost all the force on a weightlifter's lats.
