How to Do a Lying Face-Up Place Neck Resistance
Here is what you need to do...
Locate a flat bench. Lay on your back on the bench, so that your shoulders come to the edge of the bench, and your head and neck are not resting on the bench. Place and hold a weight plate on your forehead.
While holding the weight plate with your hands, slowly lower your head, so it pivots closer to the floor. Inhale as you lower your head.
Gradually raise your head back to the starting position as you exhale. Do not jerk your neck.
Hold your head at the starting position for a second, before continuing to do another rep.
Difficulties people often experience or parts that need special attention to do it right.
Do not try to use to heavy of weight at first.
