How To Do Incline Dumbbell Flyes
Here is what you need to do...
Locate an incline bench. Set the angle to no more than 30 degrees. Put a dumbbell in each hand and sit on the bench. Lift the dumbbells up, until your arms have a slight bend in the elbows. The dumbbells should touch each other.
While keeping your arms extended at the same length they were at starting position, gradually lower your arms to your side. At full width, your palms should be facing up. Inhale as you bring the dumbbells down.
Bring the weights back up to starting position, while you exhale.
Difficulties people often experience or parts that need special attention to do it right.
Do not use momentum to raise the weights. The angle of your arms should not change as you perform this exercise.
